Blisworth is a village located in the county of Northamptonshire, south of the Northampton town centre. It has the Grand Union Canal running through it. Some amenities exist including a primary school, shop and “The Royal Oak” public house. A hotel – “The Walnut Tree Inn“, incorporating a public bar resides two miles away from the centre of the village. The north end of the Blisworth Tunnel on the canal runs through to neighbouring village Stoke Bruerne.
