AC Cars is one of the oldest established British automobile manufacturers originally founded in 1901. The company became Auto Carriers Ltd. in 1911 and the AC logo was born. In 1922, the company changed to AC Cars Ltd. The company over the years has had troubles. Eventuaully the company had a UK government contract to produce the turquoise blue three wheeled invalid cars. This year, AC have started producing new AC Cobra models incorporating modern safety features.
