Bentley Motors Limited is a manufacturer of luxury vehicles based in Crewe, England. Currently the company is a subsidiary of the Volkswagen group. The founder W.O. Bentley was an engineer and a motorcycle and racing car driver. He designed aircraft and automobile engines. The company went through a period of joining and separating with the Rolls-Royce company. The more recent Bentayga SUV model is assembled in Germany at Volkswagen.
